SHIPMENTS
Each piece is sent in its Douce Alchimie box. All creations are purified and then reloaded before the shipment, so you can fully enjoy the aura of your crystals.
All the accessories available for sale are on the shop and ready to be sent within 72 hours.
Once your order has been placed, your package will be dropped off at La Poste where it will be sent in a Tracked Letter or Collisimo depending on the size of your order. You will receive a summary email including the tracking number of your order to be able to track the delivery of your package. La Poste has approximately 3 to 9 working days for Europe shipments and about 5 to 10 working days for the rest of the world. Subject to the proper functioning of all the services involved. These deadlines are given to you for information but can fluctuate.

RETURNS
If you change your mind, you have 14 clear days after receiving your package to return it to us. Just inform us via the contact form or by writing to doucealchimie.contact@gmail.com
Having read your request, Douce Alchimie has 30 days to fully refund your order.
Only the costs of returns will be your responsibility.
All products must be returned complete in their original packaging, without ever having been worn, for an exchange or refund to be possible. Douce Alchimie reserves the right not to take back or exchange an accessory whose packaging has been opened.
